Recommended Use	Take a single serving of the product 1 tablet with 300ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably after the main meal.
Warnings	Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Food supplement intended for a healthy adult population up to 75 years of age. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. It should not be taken by individuals prone to the formation of kidney stone or suffering from urolithiasis, or those with iron metabolism disorders.
