Contains: soy lecithin, coconut oil. Produced in a facility that also handles ingredients from milk, wheat, egg, peanut, tree nut (hazelnut).
Recommended Use

(Adults) Take 1 scoop mixed with 250 ml (9 fl oz) of water, juice or your favourite drink.
