The product may contain: milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
Recommended Use

Single portion of the product wash down with approx. 300ml water. On workout days: 4 capsules 30 min. before workout. On non-workout days: twice a day, 2 capsules on each occasion, preferably during the meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at the temperature of 15-25°C. Keep out of the reach of young children.
