The Brain Building Blocks Kids contains Pure Arctic MSC Fish Oil with vitamin D and is for anyone who has difficulty with oily fish. One dessert/coffee spoon of Pure Arctic Fish Oil contains the Omega-3 fats of (the equivalent of) more than half a herring. It has been scientifically proven that this amount of EPA and DHA is good for the heart, good for your eyesight (helps you stay clear) and good for your brain function.
